Terms of Use

The terms for using this app

Last updated September 20, 2026

These terms apply when you register for an event through Nikki’s Events, or when you host events and connect Zoom or Square to it. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Stargazers Unite LLC, doing business as Clayton Method (“Clayton Method,” “we,” “us”), Plano, Texas, USA, which builds and operates the app for Visions of Healing (Nikki Spears) (“the host”).

The event itself, including what it offers, its schedule, and its refund policy, is provided by the host. Your arrangement for attending the event is with the host. How your information is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy.

What the app does

The app gives each event one public link where people can register and pay. It enforces seat limits for in-person and online attendance, keeps a live roster for the host, and, when the host connects Zoom, creates the Zoom meeting for online events automatically.

Registering and paying

  • Give accurate information, including an email address you can receive messages at.
  • Payments are processed by Square and are also subject to Square’s terms. The price is shown before you pay, in US dollars.
  • Your seat is confirmed only when payment succeeds. If the last seat is taken while you are checking out, you are not charged.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are set by the host. Contact visionsofhealing1@gmail.com for any change to your registration.
  • The host may change or cancel an event. If that happens, the host will contact registered attendees at the email address they gave.

Online events and Zoom links

  • Your joining link is personal to you. Do not share or post it. The host may remove anyone who joins without a paid online seat.
  • You need your own device, internet connection, and Zoom access to attend. Zoom’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Zoom.
  • We are not responsible for Zoom outages or problems with your device or connection.

Host accounts

  • Host accounts are created by us. There is no public sign-up. Keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You are responsible for activity in your account and for the events and content you publish.
  • You are responsible for handling attendee information lawfully and only for running your events, and for honoring the refund terms you offer.

Connecting Zoom and Square

  • When you connect Zoom, you authorize the app to read your Zoom user ID and email, create scheduled meetings on your account, and update those meetings. It does nothing else in Zoom. See the Zoom guide for details.
  • When you connect Square, you authorize the app to take card payments into your own Square account and read your business profile and locations.
  • You remain bound by Zoom’s and Square’s terms and are responsible for your plans with them, for example meeting length limits on a free Zoom plan.
  • You can disconnect either service at any time in Settings, and you can remove the app from your Zoom account in the Zoom App Marketplace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use the app to defraud, harass, or harm anyone;
  • register with someone else’s payment details or false information;
  • try to get around seat limits, payment, or access controls;
  • probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the app or its security;
  • copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the app.

Ownership

The app, its design, and its code belong to Clayton Method. Event content, the Visions of Healing name, and the logo belong to the host. These terms do not give you any ownership rights, only permission to use the app as described.

Other services

The app relies on third-party services, including Zoom, Square, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Communications, Inc., and this app is not made or endorsed by Zoom.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or stop features, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The events themselves are provided by the host, and we make no promises about their content or results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clayton Method and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through the app in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If you host events, you agree to defend and hold Clayton Method harmless from claims arising from your events, your content, your handling of attendee information, or your breach of these terms.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, continue after access ends.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
