Questions about an event

Zoom connection messages
If connecting Zoom does not finish, Settings shows a short code in parentheses, such as (state). Here is what each one means.

denied | Zoom did not grant access, usually because Decline was selected on Zoom’s screen. | Select Connect Zoom again and choose Allow. If your Zoom account belongs to an organization, an admin may need to approve the app first. |
state | The security check expired or could not be read. | Finish connecting within ten minutes, in the same browser you started in, with cookies allowed for this site. Then try again from Settings. |
exchange | Zoom declined the final handoff. | Try again once. If it happens twice, email us and mention the code. |
auth | Your host session ended while you were on Zoom’s screen. | Sign in again, go to Settings, and select Connect Zoom. |
forbidden | The signed-in account is not a host for this portal. | Sign in with your host account. Email us if you should have host access. |
Common questions
My online event saved without a Zoom link.
A meeting is created only when Zoom is connected at the moment you save and the meeting link field is empty. Check Settings shows “Connected,” clear the link field, and save again. Events that already have a paid registration are locked, so paste a link by hand if needed.
I changed the event time, but the Zoom meeting did not move.
Once someone has paid, the date and time are locked to protect attendees, so the Zoom meeting is not changed either. Contact your attendees, then update the meeting directly in Zoom.
I registered for an online event but have no joining link.
Check your spam or promotions folder for a message about the event. If it is not there, email visionsofhealing1@gmail.com with the name and email you registered with.
How do I remove the app from my Zoom account?
Follow the steps in the Zoom guide. Removing it stops all access right away.
